Repaired and renovated an aging lunchroom and kitchenette facilities to create a more positive work environment. This construction project utilized a highly collaborative design-build delivery. The main objectives were to improve energy and water efficiency, reducing the spread of germs, meet ABA accessibility codes and improve the ability to operate and maintain the facilities.
