Completed modifications to the Hoh Rain Forest Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System to meet Washington State Department of Health’s large on-site sewage system permit requirements. The scope of work included removing vegetation to expand the drainfield footprint and excavation of the expanded drainfield as needed to install a new treatment-disposal system. Valdez Construction also constructed new sand-lined beds and installed a pressurized subsurface drip emitter system, backfilled and provided surface restoration, removed the existing septic tank aeration equipment and installed new aeration pump/blowers.
